Aug. 2nd, 2026
The first full week of August 2026 has begun.
So, after taking care of a major task, I did a little bit more reading of the Discworld novel “Wyrd Sisters”. A small bit, but every bit helps.
Let’s see what else this new month will bring.
Aug. 3rd, 2026
The workweek has begun in August.
So, when I got home, I finally finished up another game enemy for my project. At first I was doubtful I could finish it in time. But I did. Hopefully I can get more done before long.
If this project spills over into next year, so be it. I want to get this game project done.

The first Tuesday came and went.
Before work, I was able to complete the projectiles of my next enemy for my game, and after work, got a start on it before my mind started to lose the focus.
I may have to hold off on the project tomorrow, since it’s very likely I might need to tend to my front yard, but I’ll try to get a head start on stuff Thursday to see if I can play catch up. We’ll see.

The first “Hump Day” of the month!
Well, I kinda need to hold off on the game project when I need to get home, as I need to take care of the front lawn when I get home. But hopefully, God willing, I can play catch up tomorrow.
Anyway, take care and God bless, all of you!

It won’t be long till the week is over.
I did a little bit of my game project, but worries of this whole Buc-ee’s fiasco had drained my mind. Well, the weekend will soon be coming, so I should be able to catch up.
Aug. 7th, 2026
The workweek concluded today, and tomorrow will conclude the first full week of this month.
When I got home, I finished one of the enemy sprites, while preparing the projectile of the next one. Since the weekend is coming, I can probably get more done. We’ll see.

Thus concludes the first full week of August 2026.
After taking care of mowing the rest of the backyard, I was able to do some Blossom Tales II, and after a while, I finished one enemy character, and got things started for another in my game project.
Again, if my project ends up spilling into next year, so be it. I want to do this project.
