Aside from NintendoComplete and World of Longplays, I sometimes check out other gamers’ feats. Like this dude, Minoru Leonardo. And he even does some other things in his plays to give himself extra challenge, and us more excitement.
In this set of videos, he plays through the SNES game “Contra III: The Alien Wars”. (The GBA remake, Contra Advance, had some levels changed.) And in this, he goes through with just the standard machine gun, not using any bombs (except for after some bosses are defeated), and not dying even ONCE! THAT takes a lot of practice!
So yeah, going through the entire game with just the standard pea-shooter–er, machine gun–and not using any bombs during the main battles… and not getting killed even ONCE?! This gamer’s got skills! You really oughta check this guy’s channel out!
