Okay, so I had to prepare this in advance, because I need to get to work early so I can get back home early.

I’ll have to work on my Let’s Play vids next week, because my voice didn’t go through–I think when I once got my foot snagged on the cord of the headphones, it might have slightly disconnected the microphone. Note to self–check equipment first!!! Now I have to start my videos all over again.

Well, I tried. At least you know I’ll be doing them soon.

Another week begins.

I must make the best use of my time here, because tomorrow is gonna be frantic (so I might have to make a scheduled journal about that).

The first full week of 2022 comes to a close.

Jan. 7th, 2022–COVID Free! Proud to Be!

So yesterday I got my test results back. COVID negative! Yes! That’s good news there!

Jan. 6th, 2022: Epiphany 2022

Yeah, today is the “twelfth day of Christmas”, as the carol goes, the supposed anniversary of the visit of the Magi.

In other news, it seems I had forgotten to visit Gaia Online yesterday–I must’ve REALLY had a lot on my mind. So that means I’ll miss out on the random item prize on Sunday, but no biggie–it’s not like I hadn’t gotten ANYTHING really unique to that in the past.

Jan. 5th, 2022: Trying to make it

Yeah, just now “rediscovered” the categories part–man it’s been a while since I used this. Unfortunately, changing the permalink doesn’t work anymore (sigh). But, we all gotta do what we gotta do.

Jan. 4th, 2022: Needing Masks at Work

So at work, we all need to wear masks for the next two weeks, due to my coworker testing positive for COVID. But you need to do what you need to do.

Jan. 3rd, 2022: COVID Screwing Up My First Full Week

Yeah, yesterday evening my supervisor told me a coworker tested positive for COVID, and my dad and I tried to find some take-home tests, but they were all out (figures). So today, I had to go get tested (I got an appointment reserved the night before).

Jan. 2nd, 2022–Another Tragedy that Happened Last Year

One thing that I forgot to mention in the previous journal (since I wrote that post in advance), was one more tragedy that happened near the end of last year. Thanks to COVID, one of the elders of my church passed away just a few short days before Christmas–leave it to that dang virus to REALLY spoil the Christmas cheer.
